This should be something that you do from time to time for a slow computer fix.

#4 Check through your services and start-up programs. Turn off any of these that you don't need. To do this, go to 'Start' and then click on 'Control Panel'. Then go to the 'Programs' tab, then click 'Change Startup programs. Read through the list of programs and click disable or remove next to the programs that you don't want to start automatically when your computer starts. If you are not sure how to do this use a system and registry scanner to do this for you.

If you follow these steps, you will keep your computer running and in good condition. Regular computer maintenance is a key thing that you can do to keep your computer running fast. All of these tips are things that you can do for a slow computer fix.

Understanding sugar gliders' dietary needs is the most important part of caring for sugar gliders as pets. Unlike the regular pets (cats and dogs), you need to understand the exotic nature of these little ones. Not feeding them properly will shorten their life span that should have been more than 10 to 15 years.

Sugar gliders are omnivores (eat both plants and animals). In their natural habitat, these cute ones hunt for any available insects and arachnids. Hence, these critters are often referred as insectivores.

• Protein: This comes in different varieties. You can get processed insects from a specialized store and feed your cute ones a gut load. Avoid feeding them wild insects found around the house or your yard for they may contain parasites or pesticides. You can feed them regular source of protein like boiled eggs, chicken, and yogurt. When preparing any of these, watch for fat content since excesses of fat can ruin the health of your little ones.
• Calcium: More likely, it is already part of fruits, vegetables, and protein. You can add vitamins and supplements, which are highly recommended, to enrich this very important element. You still need to be careful not to overdose on vitamins when mixing them in a diet. Calcium in a healthy diet needs to be proportionately higher than phosphorus, exactly 2:1 ratio. Providing consistent diet with this ratio will prevent your cute ones from developing hind-leg paralysis and any other bone disease.

Preparing a well balanced sugar gliders' diet may seem challenging and complicated. It is actually like fixing a person's nutritious food, except that a person more likely would not consume insects. Just like a healthy conscious person, you get to control what your little ones would eat. You may sometimes feed your cute ones some treats and experiment with their diet. As long as you provide consistent diet with important elements above, your sugar gliders will stay healthier and will live longer.

tah macamana untuk tidak menghampakan orang, akhirnya Z balas juga,

kemudian suara tu bertanya lagi,

L : “kau nak gi mana ni??”

iskk… Z mula rasa musykil… tapi Z balas,

Z : “aku nak balik, singgah sini nak beli barang sikit”

lepas suara tu bertanya lagi,

L : “bila kau nak gerak ni??”

Z selamba jer kata~

Z : “lepas aku sudah ni..habis beli aku chow la”.

Kemudian aku terdengar lagi suara org sebelah tu berkate

L : “hei,..ku call kau balik lepas ni, tiap kali aku tanya soalan kat kau, BRADER bodo sebelah aku ni asyik jawap jer!!!

kisah benar...

kisah ini benar-benar tak terjadi padaku sewaktu aku kanak-kanak dahulu. Ayah aku suka memberi amaran padaku dengan menjeling garang jika aku membuat sesuatu yang tidak disukainya. Contohnya..jika ke kedai..kalau aku mengambil gula-gula, dia akan menjeling padaku bermakna aku disuruh letakkan semula gula-gula itu ke tempatnya semula..

Suatu hari,aku mengikut ayah ke surau untuk solat maghrib.ketika sedang rukuk, aku melihat kain pelikat tok imam tersepit di celah punggungnya. Aku yang ‘konon’nya ingin membantu,terus menarik kain yang tersepit itu. Ayahku yang sedang solat terus memberi jelingannya padaku. Aku pun faham maksudnya itu,lalu terus memasukkan semula kain pelikat tok imam itu semula ke celah punggung tok imam tadi...

apalagi,melatah lah tok imam tadi. Habis satu jemaah batal solat mereka kerana turut terkejut dengan latahan tok imam tadi. Ayahku yang bermuka merah padam menahan malu dan marah mengheret aku balik ke rumah. Malam tu..berbirat punggung aku dirotannya...

p/s jangan memandai nak masukkan kain ke celah punggung tok imam..

”sometimes we can not avoid to show negative emotions..although we had to show 'bad' emotion, but negative effects can be reduced if the "cooling system" working properly and take into consideration the environment if shwing the negative feelings~
i. do not be too dramatic.
ii. do not wait until it becomes severe.
iii. "sengkek"kan interactions
iv. do not blame others or make people feel guilty.
v. say what thou feel.
vi. ask what other people feel.
vii. give way to keep water interface (air muke..water face ke?ke watermark)
